SCADA, an electronic remote control system is custom-developed and integrated into the Vessel Management System of the SAR Marine Department Hong Kong by our Marine Services Unit. It’s major function combines telemetry and data acquisition which includes collecting information, transferring it back to the central site, carrying out necessary analysis and control, and then displaying this data on a number of operators screen. Operators may control the distant equipment through the HMI (Human Machine Interface) console when necessary. This system can be customized to fit any sophisticated network.
